For displays with oak base:

1. Select either the standard base, or base with photo holder, and add it to your cart.
2. Select the inscription plate color.
3. Tell us the inscription you would like engraved on the plate. (Space is provided for this.)
4. If you would like to have the Breath Capture™ tube engraved, add this option to your display, and insert the 3 initials in the space provided.
5. If you also want the pen and receptacle, add this option to your display.
6. Complete the check-out process.
   
   All in 10 minutes or less.

For pendants:

1. Select the pendants, and initials for each.
2. Select one or more of the necklaces, bracelets, or earrings.
3. Complete the check-out process.

Gift Orders:

Gift Orders that include engraving are shipped with a gift card which allows the recipient to mail us their engraving instructions. The recipient can then specify the initials (for pendants) or inscription (for displays).

After engraving, we ship your gift directly to the recipient. Usually 5 days.
